Vera Alice Kromer, formerly of Dalton, died Friday morning at the Abington Manor Nursing Facility. Her husband was Wlford F. Kromer died in December of 1996.
Born in Wayne County, daughter of the late James W. And Rose Wiess Allen. She was a resident of Dalton for over fifty years. Prior to retirement she was a seamstress for dres manufacturing companies in Clarks Summit and Dalton. She was a member of Clarks Green Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Wilford J. Kromer and a two brothers, James and Lawrence Allen.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at Noon from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit with services by Rev. Glenn H. White Jr., pastor of the Clrarks Green Assembly of God Church. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery in Dalton.
Friends may call Tuesday from 11am until the time of the service.
