Theresa Fazio Lewis, 74, of Dalton, died Sunday morning at home with her loving husband and granddaughter by her side. Her husband is Arthur Lewis, Jr.
Born in Dunmore, she was the daughter of John and Jean Knopick Fazio. She was a faithful student of the Bible with a heart of gold, always putting others first. Prior to retirement she was employed as an aide and caregiver at Allied Services.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Also surviving are a son, Eric Lewis, and his wife Pam, Dalton; daughters, Laura Kitzmiller, Dalton; Brenda Lewis, Albrightsville; and Cynthia Lewis, Dalton; a sister, Rosalie Wentovich and her husband, Paul, Mayfield; a half-brother, John Knopick and his wife, Beverly, and their two children, Wayne and Louanne, Franklin Forks; and five grandchildren, Shane Kitzmiller, Erica, Jillian, and Elin Lewis, and Timothy Schmidt.
She was preceded in death by a half-brother, Al Fazio.
The funeral will be held on Thursday at 1 pm from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home & Cremation Svc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit with services by Rami Salem, elder, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Friends may call Thursday from 10 am until time of service.
