Ruth Passeri

Ruth Passeri, 78, of Clarks Summit, passed away Saturday at home, surrounded by family. She was the wife of the late David Passeri, whom she was married to for 33 years.

Born in Falls, she was the daughter of Emersen and Gladys Lacoe Rosencrance. Ruth retired from Allied Skilled Nursing after 30 plus years.
Ruth enjoyed long walks and gardening. She was also very involved with her son Louis's activities like bowling, golfing and soccer.

She is survived by daughter, Shirley Fabiani; son, Louis Passeri; grandson, Shane Fabiani and his wife, Cassandra; two sisters, Beverly Mass and Bonnie Novajosky; and dear family friend, Ruth Howell.

She was preceded in death by brother, Clarence Rosencrance; and son-in-law, Joseph Fabiani.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arc of NEPA.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. at Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Schultzville.
