Rosemary Barrett, Abingdon, Md., formerly of Clarks Summit, died Monday. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Barrett.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the devoted daughter of the late Rose Grace Kennedy Britton and Edward Britton.
Surviving are three sons, William G. Barrett and wife, Rebecca; Edward Barrett and wife, Ann Marie; and Christopher Barrett; two daughters, Grace Barrett Blinn and husband, Paul; and Joanne Barrett. She was the cherished grandmother of eight.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and John Britton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Snows Church, 301 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Entombment, Glenwood Mausoleum, South Abington Twp.
Friends may call Friday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
