Ronald Leo Wilbur, 46, Falls, died Friday at home. His wife is the former Laura Swartz. The couple had been married since 2008.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of Martin Wilbur of Tunkhannock and the late Carol Galbraith Sellitti. He was a 1983 graduate of Lackawanna Trail High School. He worked as a delivery driver and was a member of the Mill City Assembly of God Church.
He loved animals and had a passion for golfing, and collecting vintage drums; an avid fan of Penn State and Minnesota Vikings Football as well as Syracuse Basketball.
Also surviving are his two brothers, Jason of Ararat, PA and Marty of Nicholson; his mother and father in law, Ray and Virginia Swartz, Mill City; brothers in law, Ken and wife Cheryl Swartz, and Ronald Swartz, both of Mill City; a niece Krystal Wilbur, and nephews, Keath, Josh, and Cody Wilbur.
A funeral will be held on Saturday at 11amTrinity Assembly of God Church in Nicholson with services by Rev. Kevin R. Compton, Pastor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter 967 Griffin Pond Road Clarks Summit, PA 18411 or to the American Cancer Society, 712 S Keyser Ave, Taylor, PA 18517
