Robert C. Mack, Springville, died on Thursday at Allied Hospice, Scranton. His widow is Carol Ann Obarowski Mack.
Born in Waverly, he was the son of the late Stanley and Helen Steiger Mack. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. Prior to his retirement, Robert was a cable splicer for Commonwealth Telephone for almost fifty years. He was also an avid train buff.
Surviving are a stepdaughter from a previous marriage, Rebecca G. Kilmer, Tunkhannnock; sisters-in-law Joan Lilli, Old Forge, and Judi Wolff, Throop; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Bruce, Norman, and Richard.
Services will be private and interment will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Waverly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
