Robert M Gorgas, 90, of Clarks Summit, died peacefully on Sunday, January 17th at home. His wife of 65 years is Jill (Griffith) Gorgas.
Born in Ashley, he was the son of the late William and Helen Gorgas.
Bob was a decorated WWII Navy Veteran and attended Wilkes College. He spent his entire career working at Sprague & Henwood, Inc in Scranton.
He was a loving father of three children, Robert Jr, Sandy Eick, William Gorgas and several grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother William and several nieces.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Advantage, 700 S. State St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
