Richard Howard Greene, Factoryville died Friday afternoon at his home. His wife is the former Linda Kovacs.

Born in Charleston, SC he was the son of the late John Greene and Marjorie Greene. For the last few years he was a sales clerk for the Tunkhannock Walmart. He was a man that followed the Native American spiritual path and was a member of the Eastern Delaware Nations group. He was honored to be master of ceremonies at both the Noxen and Canfield Island Pow Wow's as well as head of security for the Forksville Pow Wow.

Also surviving are five daughters, Sara Greene, Hanover; Angela Phillips, Reynoldsville; Crystal Greene, Little Elk Lake; Teresa Dehlman, Factoryville; and Pearl White, Mount Wolf; a brother John Greene, AZ; a sister Valerie Greene, SC; and seven grandchildren that were the love of his life.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Darla McFarland Greene and a sister, Janet Greene.
