Patricia A. Whitaker

Patricia A. Whitaker, 75, of Oneonta NY and Green Valley AZ died Tuesday afternoon, November 22, at the home of her daughter Tricia and husband Brian.

Born in Oneonta, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Dolly Marino Angellotti.    Prior to her retirement she was employed by Wilber National Bank.

She attended St. Mary's School, Oneonta High School, Grace Downs Airline school and flew for United Airlines for many years. Pat was a wonderful person who lit up a room with her smile.  She was an avid collector and loved decorating and antiques.

Surviving is a daughter, Tricia Syron Gilboy and her husband Brian with whom she resided; sisters Celeste Keto, Barbara Enck and Christine Colburn; Ex-husbands Michael T Syron and William Whitaker; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister Joan Mileski.

Private arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home & Cremation Svc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, PA.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
