Patricia ("Pat") Clara Burns, age 70, passed away on September 2, 2014. She was the wife of the late William Phillip Burns who died in 2012
Born in Philadelphia, Pat was the loving daughter of Frederick and Clara Lee Oelshlegel. She was a graduate of Frankford High School. Most of her married life was spent raising her five children. She later worked as a receptionist and office manager for various dental practices.
Pat attended Parker Hill Community Church in Clarks Summit. She enjoyed bowling and could play the Nintendo Wii for hours. She loved her cats, most recently Tiggs and Little Tiggs. Above all else, Pat loved her family.
She is survived by five children: Patty Burns, Michele Rhein, Carey Keisling her husband Jeff, Kimberly Burns, and William Burns his wife Cheryl. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2:00pm at Parker Hill Community Church, 607 N. Abington Road, Clarks Summit with services by Pastor Paul Bell and Pastor Mark Stuenzi. The family will receive friends after the service.
