Olive Darling

Olive Darling, Clarks Summit, passed away on Tuesday at Allied Skilled Nursing, Scranton.

Born in Fleetville, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Sarah Powers Darling. Prior to retirement, she was a Desk Clerk Manager at Comfort Inn, Clarks Summit. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching television, especially the Andy Griffith Show.

She is survived by two daughters, Penny Keating and her husband Chris, Tafton, and Tammy Kugler, Clarks Summit; grandchildren Joseph and wife Alice, Ashley, Aaron, EJ and wife Brittany, Mike and wife Alexa, Louis and wife Aly, and Seth and partner Alexa; great grandchildren: Jackson, Gavin, Rayner, Michael, Madison, Parker, Damon, and Louis; brothers Howard, David, and Paul; and sister Sally.

She was preceded in death by a brother Roy and a sister Patty.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
