Noah Robert McKain Woodland, age 3, died Saturday, July 27, 2013, near Scranton as a result of a helicopter accident. Born May 27, 2010 in Leesburg, Va., he was the son of Crystal McKain of Leesburg and the late Carl Woodland who also died in the same accident.

In addition to his mother, Noah is survived by maternal grandmother, Carolyn M. Little & husband, Michael, of Littlestown; maternal grandfather, Gregory A. McKain & fiance Laurie Angel of Gettysburg; paternal grandparents: Larry & Carolyn Woodland of Lovettsville, Va.; maternal great-grandparents, Robert E. & Annette Plank of Gettysburg; maternal great-grandmother, Elsie G. Little of Littlestown; maternal uncles: Curtis McKain, Joshua Little and Christopher Little; paternal Aunt, Vivian Woodland and paternal Uncle, Andrew & Lauren Reames. Noah was dedicated at Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown and attended Community Church in Ashburn, Va.

He had a smile to brighten anyone's day. Noah was a most perfect little boy anyone could ask for. Nana & Poppy will always remember his infectious laugh. Noah loved fire trucks, trains, planes, cars, baseball and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

The funeral service will be Monday, August 5, at 11 a.m. at Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown, with the Rev. Garry L. Sheaffer officiating. Visitation is Sunday 6 to 8 p.m. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown. Interment is in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.

Memorials in Noah's name may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
