Nancy J. Smith

Nancy J. Smith, Springville, was called home on June 27, 2021. She was preceded in death by Ralph Fenton, her husband of 28 years.

She was an Army veteran and was retired from First National Bank. She was an active member of the American Legion Post 953 and held the office of Financial Officer/Adjutant. She was also a member of First Presbyterian Church of Nicholson.

She was preceded in death by her father Arvin Smith; son Jesse Fenton; and brothers Bart and Richard Smith.

Surviving are her mother, Olive Smith; son Mark Fenton (Vicki); daughter Sheri Fenton; brothers Larry (Eileen), Ronnie (Mary), William (Connie), and Robert (Linda); sister Brenda Warner (Wes); best friend Judy Potts; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held July 10th at the First Presbyterian Church of Nicholson at 11 a.m. Friends may call from 9 to 11. Following the service, a graveside service with military honors will be held at the Nicholson Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Legion Post 953 Nicholson or First Presbyterian Church.
