Merle VonStorch, Langhorne, formerly of Justus, died Monday afternoon at Statesman Nursing Facility in Levittown. His wife is the former Ceil Taugher.
Born in Justus, son of the late Duane and Minerva VonStorch, he retired from U.S. Steel and was a former member of Our Lady of the Snows Church. He loved to work on gun stocks.
Also surviving are three sons, Joseph VonStorch, Florida; Kevin VonStorch and wife, Susan, Hazleton; and Sean Steely, Levittown; three brothers, Carl, New York; and Leon and Kenneth, both of Justus; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Gregory in Clarks Green. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Scott Twp.
