Mary Louise Gallagher

Born July 10, 1942, to the late John A. and Louise Mullaney Gallagher, she was a 1961 graduate of St. Ann's Monastery High School in Scranton and worked for many years at Supreme Laundry. She spent the rest of her life taking care of her mother.

She is survived by a loving sister, Rose Ann McDonald; a nephew, Harold McDonald Jr., who was always there for her; a great-niece, Jennifer Scaringi; a great-nephew, Thomas McDonald; a great-great-niece, Ariel Matticks; and a great-great-nephew, Rico Scaringi.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John, who died in 2014.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
