Lois Jean Fritsch, 82, of Mill City, died Wednesday at Geisinger CMC in Scranton. Her husband of 64 years is Gerald Fritsch Sr.
Born in Chinchilla, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Frances Baker Hunsinger. She worked most of her life as a sewing machine operator for factory in Mill City. She was a member of the Lake Winola United Methodist Church and dedicated most of her free time to the Ladies Auxillary of the Lake Winola Fire Company. She also worked as an EMT for Lake Winola for many years.
Also surviving are two sons, Gerald Jr. and Kenny Fritsch, two Grandchildren Donnie Depew and Stacy Watson, as well as three great grandchildren, Haley Watson, Casey and Drew Depew, and a sister, Mary Ellen.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Fran Depew; siblings, Don, Dave, Jack, Jerry, Bob, Bill, Ted, and Dodie.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home & Cremation Svc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
