Lois Bailey Baker, 68, of Lenox, died Wednesday evening at her home.
Born in New Milford, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Vivian Williams Bailey. Lois devoted her life to caring for her family.She was a member of the VFW Post 8488 Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving is a son Kevin Thomas, New Milford; a daughter Dawn Thurston and her husband Eric, Kingsley; a grandson Dillan Thomas, North Carolina; step grandchildren Alisia and Brandon Compton, also of North Carolina; a sister Linda Cramer and her husband Thomas, New Milford, several nieces and nephews;and many caring and loving friends both old and new. A great group of friends through Hospice of the Sacred Heart and to the aids and friends with Area Agency on Aging, "Bless you all".
The funeral service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411.
