Leslie Snyder

Leslie Snyder, 47, of Duryea, died January 1 ^st at Regional Hospital of Scranton.  She was the wife of Brian Snyder.

Born in Pompton Plains, NJ, she was the daughter of Edward and the late Janice Brown Rhinesmith.  She was a graduate of North Pocono High School and Career Technology Center, where she became a certified LPN.  She was a nurse for over eighteen years, most of those years at the Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel, PA.

In addition to her husband and father, Leslie is survived by her stepmother, Lee Rhinesmith, Kingston, PA; stepson Brian Snyder Jr., at home; grandson Elijah Snyder; brother Edward Rhinesmith, Hawley, PA; sister Holly Edwards and her husband Charles, Dalton, PA; and nephew Ford VanWert, Duryea, PA.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 pm from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit, PA 18411.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the "A-Team" for autistic youths at the Carbondale YMCA, 82 N Main St, Carbondale PA  18407.
