Keith Sutton

Keith A. Sutton, 75, of Jackson, died Sunday morning at his home. He was the husband of the former Sue Ellen Enscoe. The couple had been married for 53 years.

Born in Clarks Summit, he was the son of the late Donald and Frances Holgate Sutton. He graduated from Abington Heights High School in 1961. Before his retirement, he was employed as a bridge superintendent for Nyleve Construction. He was a member of Waverly Lodge 301 F&AM.

Keith was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed shooting, hunting and especially fishing, including ice fishing.

Also surviving are a son, John Sutton and wife, Ellen, Newton; three daughters, Kelly Omally, Jackson; Kim L. Gray and husband, Travis, Lititz; and Stacey Urban and husband, Eugene Jr., Mountaintop; three brothers, Hayden Sutton and wife, Florence, Newton; Donald Sutton and wife, Carol, Forest City; and Scott Sutton and wife, Elizabeth, Nicholson; a sister, Rebecca Eckrote and husband, Norman, Dalton; eight grandchildren, Jordan Omally, Travis J., Joshua and Taylor Gray, Alyssa, Taryn and Thomas Leyshon and Jenna Sutton; and several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Carlee and Holly Sutton; a great-grandchild, Connor Christopher Gray; three brothers, Gary, Francis and Glendon Sutton; and a sister, Suzie Hatch.

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 until time of service.
