Keith A. Brown

Keith A. Brown 91, of S. Abington Twp. died Sunday evening at Moses Taylor Hospital. He was the husband of the late Cathryn Brown. The couple had been married 62 years.

Born in Clarks Summit, he was the son for the late Chester and Lulu Brown. He attended Clarks Summit schools until he left to work on the family dairy farm. Keith later became a self-employed contractor. He loved horses and gardening as well as creating things with his hands.

Also surviving are two daughters, Susan and Cathy Brown, both of Clarks Summit; a son, Kurt Brown, Clarks Summit; five grandchildren, Amanda and Jesse Brown, Clarks Summit; Tazra Costello and Eric Brown, both of Scranton; and Samantha Brown, New York; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Keith Brown Jr, sister's Miriam Wagner and Gertrude Dellert and brother's Lawrence, Robert, Kenneth, and Wellington.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 7pm from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremations Services Inc. 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit.
