Joseph J. Pangonis Sr., 76, of Clarks Summit, died Saturday night at Allied Skilled Nursing Facility. His wife is the former Genevieve Tully.
Born in Scranton, son of the late Joseph and Phyllis Bruzas Pangonis, he was a self-employed farmer and carpenter before retirement.
Also surviving are a son, Joseph J. Pangonis Jr., Clarks Summit; a sister, Mary Dormendo: two grandchildren, Lane Chaney and Kyle Pangonis; a great-grandson, Logan Chaney; and nieces.
Arrangements by the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
