Jean Clement Singer of Clarks Summit died Thursday morning at the Mercy Hospice Unit. She was the widow of Herbert C. Singer.
Daughter of the late Willard and Olive Proper Clement, she was a member of the Clarks Green United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Marcia Blake and husband, John D., Clarks Summit; a granddaughter, Hilary Blake Evers and husband, Nicholas; a grandson, Jonathan Blake; and a great-granddaughter, Olivia Blake.
The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit with the Rev. Judy Wanck, pastor of Clarks Summit United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call Saturday, 9:30 until service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Health Care Foundation Fund, 746 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, PA 18510; or Chinchilla Hose Company, 113 Shady Lane Road, Chinchilla, PA 18410.
