James J. Kerrigan

James J. Kerrigan of Dalton, died on Thursday Nov. 11th. at Geisinger CMC Hospital in Scranton.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Patrick & Annette Manley Kerrigan.

He was a graduate of West Side High School.  Before retirement, he  worked for Metropolitan Life  in IT.

After retirement, he worked at Wegman's in Dickson City.  He loved  playing golf & working outside in the garden. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor & love of his family. His grandchildren adored their PaPa.

Surviving is his wife Joan, his son Ryan, his daughter Karissa, his  grandchildren Noah  & Grace .

Jim comes from a large family which includes his  brothers Pat & his wife Patsy, Joe & his wife Lynn, Billy & his wife Margie, Rickie and his sister Lois, his brother-in-law, Dave, and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Jane.

A wake will be held on Monday from 1pm to 4pm  at Lawrence Young Funeral Home at 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, Pa 18411. At 4 pm, a priest will say a few words & prayers.
