Iona Vosburg, 78, of Scott Twp., died Monday evening at VNA Hospice Unit at Geisiger Community Medical Center in Scranton. She was the wife of Robert Vosburg. The couple has been married for 62 years.
Born in Scott Twp. She was the daughter of Earl Grovenor. Iona loved to do word search puzzles, crocheting, and listening to hymns on the radio. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Also surviving are two sons Thomas Vosburg, Dunmore; and Randolph Vosburg, Dickson City; three daughters Robin Gregory, Scott Twp.; Lucinda Kaetzel, Carbondale; and Nancy Seaman, Moscow; twenty grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at noon from the Lawrence E Young Funeral Home and Cremation service Inc., 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411. Interment will follow in Valley View Cemetery, Scott Twp.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 10am until time of service at the funeral home.
