Ida Watkins, 78, Clarks Summit, died Thursday morning at home.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Catherine Jacoby Watkins.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed at Parodi Cigar Co. for 36 years. She was a faithful member of Clarks Summit United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her cousin Dorothy Jacoby with whom she resided, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at the Clarks Summit United Methodist Church, 1310 Morgan Highway, Clarks Summit with services by Rev. Judy Adams, pastor. Interment will follow in Newton Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 am until time of service at the church.
