Haylee Traver, infant daughter of Tracy Lubeck and Ronald Traver, died Sunday at Moses Taylor Hospital.
Also surviving are a sister, Tori Romanosky; a brother, Cameron Traver; grandparents, Carolyn and Arvo Leola; and a grandmother, Carol Traver.
A funeral service will be Friday at 3 p.m. from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, by the Rev. Dr. J.P. Duncan, pastor of the Country Side Community Church, Newton Twp. Friends may call from 2 until service time. Interment, Shady Lane Cemetery, Chinchilla.
