Dorothy Snowden was considered the love of his life. His greatest pride and joy was his only Grandchild, Clare Della Valle.

Gerard was known to be a kind and loving man who was devoted to his family and friends. He never failed to take time to smile and say hello to neighbors, strangers, and people whom he met.

He also had a great sense of humor, was consistently generous, and always put others ahead of himself.

Surviving are a daughter Marilyn Della Valle, and husband Patrick, of S. Abington Twp.; a son Michael Goldblatt and husband Eric, of Esperance, NY; a brother Larry Goldblatt and wife Patsy, and a granddaughter Clare Della Valle. He was predeceased by a sister Joannie.

A special thank you is extended to his many friends, whom he treasured, Donna and Don Cucchiara, as well as his good friend Art Valenza. They were among his closest friends and provided him many years of friendship and support.
