Fred "Pope" Ruotolo, Jr.

Fred "Pope" Ruotolo, Jr., 70, Clarks Summit, died Friday afternoon at Allied Hospice in Scranton.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Fred, Sr. and Ethel Shea Ruotolo.  He was a 1968 graduate of Abington Heights High School. Prior to his retirement, he was a bartender at the Glass Onion Bar.

Surviving are a sister, Diane LaCoe and husband Doug, Clarks Summit; three brothers: Patrick and his wife Kim, Taylor, James and his wife Sue, Mohnton, PA, and Bob and his wife Debbie, Dallas, TX; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family with interment in Milwaukee Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
