Frank Mallia, Clarks Summit, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, died at home on Tuesday.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Jerry and Josephine Pepitone Mallia. Prior to his retirement, he worked for a hospital in NYC. He was an avid Mets fan and a man of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are sisters Ann Mallia & Constance Yackanitz; niece Corrina Morris, with whom he resided, along with her husband Joseph Morris.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Angelo, Anthony, and Joseph Malia.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 172 Booth Memorial Avenue, Flushing, NY. Friends & family may visit on Friday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, with a blessing service at 3 p.m. by Reverend Arbogaste Satoun.
