Florence M. Warren, 86, of Clarks Summit, died Monday morning at the home of her daughter in Moosic.
She was the widow of Edwin F. Warren, who died in 2003.

She was born in New York City to the late Florian and Veronika Banach Haberek.

She worked alongside her husband as principal owners of Warren Dymond Powder Co. in Olyphant, and Kay and Warren Co. in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Dickson City.

She was passionate about spending time with her family, in particular her grandchildren, on whom she doted.

She is survived by three daughters, Ursula W. Kerns and her husband, Kevin, of Clarks Summit; Halina V. Warren of Clarks Summit; Stasia W. Serafini and her husband, Frank, of Moosic; four grandchildren, Eddie, Harry and Kevin Kerns, and Sophia Serafini; and two brothers, Stanley Haberek, Bay Shore, Long Island; and John Haberek, Syosset, N.Y.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Visitation Church, 1090 Carmalt St., Dickson City, with services by Monsignor Patrick Pratico, J.C.D. Interment will follow in Old Forge Cemetery. Those attending are asked to go directly to the church.

Friends will be welcomed on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
