Esther Marie Szilagyi Snedeker

Esther Marie (Szilagyi) Snedeker, 78, of Nicholson, passed away on December 3 ^rd , 2021 at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Born in Peckville on January 2nd, 1943, she was the only daughter of the late Joseph and Esther Szilagyi (Olyphant) and was known through childhood as 'Little Esther'. She enjoyed cooking, painting, and telling stories with a contagious laughter that is sure to remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her.

Esther was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Esther Szilagy, and son-in-law Brian A. Miller (Nicholson). She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Glenn Snedeker (Nicholson); daughters Josette Smith (Factoryville), Maria Snedeker (Tunkhannock), Monique Miller (Nicholson); son Glenn J Snedeker (Nicholson); 9 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
