Ella Mobius

Mobius, Ella (nee: Griesel), age 89, of Clarks Summit, PA, on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Born and raised in Paterson, Ella had lived most of her life in Hawthorne before moving to Clarks Summit. She worked as a Bank Officer for Horizon Bank in Paterson and was a member of the Hawthorne United Methodist Church. Ella was a member of the Abington Senior Center in Pennsylvania and a former member of the Hawthorne Planning Board. She was an avid traveler throughout her life.

Ella was the beloved wife of the late Frank E. Mobius (2003). Loving mother of Kathryn Rautenbach and her husband Rolf of Clarks Summit, PA. Dear grandmother of David Rautenbach and his wife Meegan of Houston, TX, and Kristyn Rautenbach of Clarks Summit. Dearest great-grandmother of Ryan, Daniel and Hadley. Sister of the late Leo Griesel.

Funeral will be at 11 AM on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., Hawthorne. Interment will follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may visit prior to the service from 10-11.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
