Elizabeth L. Moyer

Elizabeth L. Moyer, 88, of Tunkhannock passed away Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the Embassy of Tunkhannock. She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Moyer in 2002.

Born on December 9, 1937, in Mount Carmel, PA, she is the daughter of the late Florian and Amelia (Shepulski) Perchinski.

She attended Williamsport High School. Elizabeth worked as a house mother at St. Michael's for 25 years, where she enjoyed caring for others.

Elizabeth enjoyed watching soap operas, shopping, and spending time with her friends as a member of the Red Hat Ladies. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and treasured the memories they made together.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy Lees and husband Daniel; son, Rick Moyer; daughter-in-law, Deborah Moyer; sister, Marie Welweroth; grandchildren, Jeremy Lees, Richard Lees, Emily Moyer, Joshua Moyer; 5 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Ken Moyer.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
