Elizabeth S. Harper, of Clarks Summit, died Tuesday morning at home. She was the widow of the late Robert E. Harper who died in 1974.
Born in Jackson Mississippi, daughter of the late Edward and Sarah Galbraith Shields, she has been a resident of Clarks Summit since 1964. She was employed as a sewing teacher for Scranton Fabric for over 20 years.
Surviving is a son William E., Clarks Summit and one grandson Roderick., Boulder Colo.
She was proceeded in death by a brother Michael Shields.
A funeral service and interment at Abington Hills Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family.
