Douglas M. Shook, Jr.

Douglas M. Shook Jr., 54, of Clarks Summit, died Wednesday at the VNA Hospice Unit in Scranton. The husband of Molly Zezeski Shook, they had been married for nineteen years.

Born in Stroudsburg, Doug was the son of the late Douglas and Roseanne Conway Shook Sr., and a United States Marine Corp Veteran.

Doug was an avid St. Louis Rams fan and enjoyed fishing. But his true passion was his family. He loved spending time with his children and enjoyed attending all their sporting events.

Also surviving are four children Dylan, Chloe, Logan, and Ethan Shook; brother Gerald Dennis and his wife Patricia, Stroudsburg; sisters Annelle Shook and Cheryl Dennis, both of West Palm Beach, Fl.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Doug's life will be held Sunday at 4pm at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call Sunday from 1 until time of Celebration.
