Donna Siegrist, 55, of Fleetville, died at home on August 2 ^nd after a long and courageous battle with an illness. She was the wife of Andrew Siegrist.

Born in Montdale, she was the daughter of Carol Travis, Montdale, and the late Martin Cummings. Before her retirement, she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Allied Services. As well she was a life member, trustee, and EMS Captain for over 10 years with the Fleetville Volunteer Fire Company.

Surviving are four sons: Andrew II, Fleetville, Benjamin/Emily, Scranton, Matthew, Fleetville, and Jeremiah, Fleetville; and a brother, Martin Cummings; additional family including Katie Gavek, Kallie Gavek, and Serenity Gavek.

Services will be private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
