Deborah Ann Jakubos

Deborah Jakubos, Factoryville died early Friday morning at the Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore.  Her husband is Joseph Jakubos, Jr. The couple married in 1985.

Born in Massachusetts she was the daughter of the late William and Betty Forrest Calder.  She worked alongside her husband, Joseph at the Jakubos Fruit Stand in Tunkhannock.

Also surviving are a son, Thomas Johnson, Scranton; brothers, William Calder, NH and David Calder, Factoryville; grandsons, Joseph, Stephen and Kohen.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Steven, Douglas, and James Calder.

The family would like to thank Dr. Barsigian, Jennifer Price and Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their excellent care and compassion.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 24, at 3pm from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.

Friends may call Friday afternoon from 1pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 100 Williams St., Dunmore, PA  18512.
