Claudia Shaw, 71, of Clarks Green, died Tuesday afternoon at Regional Hospital in Scranton. She was the wife of Warren Shaw; the couple had been married 30 years.
Born in Moosic, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Hazel Hollenbeck Bender. She was a graduate of Taylor-Moosic High School and prior to her retirement she was employed in the billing department in ABF Freight Systems. She was a member of Peckville Assembly of God Church.
Claudia enjoyed gardening and loved animals, especially feeding and watching her backyard birds.
Also surviving are two son John Eremo and his wife Amy, Old Forge, and David Eremo Sr. and his wife Gloria, Scranton; a sister, Gloria Gladsky, Dover, PA; eight grandchildren, Dominic, Victoria, Shaina, Alex, Nikolas, Gabriella, David Jr. , and Pamela Eremo; several nieces and nephews and her beloved cat, Morris.
She was preceded in death by a sister Bernice O'Boyle.
A Funeral Service and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
