Cheryl Howard

Cheryl Howard, Trucksville, died on Sunday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.  She was the widow of Donald B. Howard, who died in 2012.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Mildred Hollenbeck.

Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly A. Sherer and husband Joseph F., Old Forge; a son, Donald B. Howard, Jr. and fiancé Melissa O'Hara, Wyalusing; grandchildren Ashley Rakauskas, Massachusetts, Joseph Sherer, Jr., Avoca, Travis Howard, Maryland, and Cassidy Howard, Wyalusing; and nine great grandchildren: Arya, Isabella, Makaylee, Payton, Miles, Ella, Delainee, Sawyer, and Oaklei.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Baugh.

Cheryl will be remembered as a giving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who would do anything for anybody.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
