Charles W. Robinson, 79, of Springville passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026, at home. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Marlene (Reynolds) Robinson.
Born on November 11, 1946, in Forty Fort, PA, he is the son of the late Ray and Marguerite (Dymond) Robinson.
Charles attended Tunkhannock High School and spent much of his working life as a skilled carpenter. He was especially talented in cabinet making, taking pride in his craftsmanship.
He treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren and found great happiness simply being with his family and watching them grow.
Charles also had a special gift for guiding and encouraging others. Throughout his life, he served as a mentor to many young men, freely sharing his knowledge, experience, and advice.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Shirley Howard (Bill), Debra Hilbert (Larry), Darlene Furman (Jeff), Tammy Phelan (Mike); sons, Raymond Robinson (Virginia), Tom Ayers; daughter-in-law, Caroline Howard; brothers, Ronald and Sonny Robinson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by, daughter, Carole Wood; son, Robert Howard; sisters, Elizabeth French, Millie Coolbaugh, Pauline Lawson.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
