Charles K. Landsiedel, Dalton, died Wednesday morning at Northeast Regional Hospice in Scranton. His wife, Audrey M. Dickinson Landsiedel, died May 31, 2003.

Born in Ransom Twp., he was the son of the late Clarence and Emorgene Kresge Landsiedel. Before retirement, he was self-employed on his family farm. He was a member of the Clarks Summit United Methodist Church and formerly a member of the Schultzville United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Vegetable Growers Association, the Mill City Sportsmen's Club and the National Rife Association.

Also surviving are a daughter, Linda Davison, with whom he resided; a son, Roger and wife, Barbara, Dalton; six grandchildren, Brian Davison and wife, Mary; Alicia Tench and husband, Guy; Eric Landsiedel and wife, Leanne; Travis Landsiedel, David Singer and Chris Singer; four great-grandchildren, Grace Davison, Owen and Ethan Tench, and Lily Walker; several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Lester, in 2010.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Friends may call today, 5 to 7 p.m., at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Memorials may be made to the Northeast Regional Hospice, 740 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, PA 18510.
