Beverly J. Wolbers

Beverly J. Wolbers, 72, of Newton Township died Wednesday morning at home surrounded by her family.  She is survived by Ronald Lewis Wolbers, her husband of 53 years.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Willard Corker and Betha Corker Doughman.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Robert Michauskas, Clarks Summit, Ronald Wolbers and wife Robin, Tunkhannock, and Chris Wolbers, Dalton; daughter Brenda Race, Dallas; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and brother Thomas Corker.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill and Jack Corker.

A private service will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery, Dunmore with services by Karen Rickaby.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
