Anthony A. Andrush Sr., Clarks Summit, died Monday at his home. His widow is the former Carol Buchner. The couple celebrated 47 years of marriage on June 6.
Born in Scranton, son of the late Joseph and Margaret Andrush, he was a salesman for Raylon Beauty Supply for more than 42 years before retiring. He was an Army veteran.
He enjoyed golf and fishing, but most of all, spending time with his family and grandchildren. He died surrounded by loved ones.

Also surviving are a son, Anthony A. Jr. and wife, Renee Andrush, Allentown; a daughter, Holly McNamara and husband, Brian, Lake Winola; a brother, George and wife, Rose Mary, Pittston; and five grandchildren, Shannon, Tyler, Samantha, Avery and Reid.
A private blessing service will be held at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may go to the Sacred Heart Hospice, 600 Baltimore Ave., Wilkes Barre, PA 18702.
