Anna Mae Grayek, 83, of Clarks Summit, died Wednesday evening in Community Medical Center.

Born Jan. 11, 1925, in Carbondale, daughter of the late Albert and Anna Pinzone Yesu, she had been a resident of Clarks Summit since 1963. Before retiring, she was a seamstress for many dress factories throughout the area and was a member of the ILGWU. She was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Church and was a graduate of the Lackawanna Business College. She was most proud of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are a son, Herb Jr., Scott Township; two daughters, Renee Mears and husband, Frank, Factoryville; and Anna Muro and husband, Jim, Lake Winola; two sisters, Marie Bond, Taylor; and Delores Conboy, Phoenix; a brother, Albert Yesu Jr., Dalton; five grandchildren, Nickey, Amy, Mark, Marcy and Molly; and four great-grandchildren, Shayne, Austin, Mikayla and Brendon.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Joanna DeCandis and Rose Mason.

A memorial Mass will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Snows Church, 301 S. State St., Clarks Summit, to be celebrated by Monsignor James McGarry, pastor. Memorials may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, 65 E. Elizabeth Ave., Suite 502, Bethlehem, 18018.
