Alice M. Hoover was born on August 3, 1923 in Buffalo, NY and died peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Holy Family Residence, Scranton, PA.
Her husband, Robert C. Hoover Sr., passed away in 2006.
A Memorial Mass will be offered at Holy Family Residence at 11:00 am on September 22, 2017.
Her body was donated to science, and is at a local medical college.
Her ashes will be interred at a later date at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Tunkhannock. She is survived by her children: Trish Dudek, and Carol Wilson, S. Wales; NY; Robert C. Hoover Jr., Woodstock, GA; Rev. Lou Divis, Tunkhannock, PA, as well as by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
