Albert N. Tenio

Albert N. Tenio of Clarks Summit passed away on June 16, 2021.

Born in Jessup, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Anna Tenio. He was a graduate of Jessup High School class of 1948.  He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Prior to retirement in 1991, he was employed by PennDOT as a Technical Equipment Operator.  Albert was a member of the VFW Abington Post #7069.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 65 years, Sandra Chylak Tenio; his son Ronald Tenio (Sindee) of Coram, NY; son Richard Tenio (Kim) of Ransom Township, PA; and daughter Sharon Steiner (George) of Harrisburg, PA; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his sisters, Lovey Lubniewski and Barbra Yontas.

A blessing service will be held on Monday, June 21 ^st at 1 p.m. at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit with services by Msgr. Joseph G. Quinn, pastor. Friends may pay their respects from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Interment to follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Jessup, PA.
