Agnes E. Skrobak, 94, of Benton Twp. died Sept. 3 in the Mercy Hospital Hospice Unit. She was the widow of Michael Skrobak, who died in 1988.
Born in Buffalo, N.Y., daughter of the late Walter and Rose Gliva Super, she was a resident of East Benton for more than 60 years. Before retirement, she was an administrative assistant for Our Lady of the Lords Hospital, Binghamton, N.Y. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church, Montdale.
Surviving are a daughter, Jane Anstey, Clarks Green; a son, Joseph M., East Benton; a sister, Victoria Skrobak, Bowling Green, Ky.; three grandchildren, Joseph Skrobak Jr., Debbie and Michael Anstey; and two great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Dominic Skrobak.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and Lawrence Super; and a sister, Carolyn Fergurson.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church by the Rev. Daniel Toomey. Entombment, Cathedral Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.
